BioI'm in my early fifties, have two bachelors and two masters degrees, and my main interests are the humanities and the fine arts. I have a beautiful son and I've been with the same woman for twenty years and am probably not going any place at this point.
I am a writer and my wife is a retired librarian. I love classical music, especially Haydn, Bach, and Mozart, and I also like international music, particularly Celtic and Asian music. For more recent music I prefer psychedelic 60s stuff. I have recently embraced Buddhism after being somewhat part of the American Pagan movement for about fifteen years.
I'm a total night owl, a fair abstract artist, and most people will say I'm a pretty decent poet. I enjoy reading poetry and philosophy, especially really weird medieval Catholic stuff like the Scholastics. I'm also interested in ceremonial magick although I do not formally embrace it, as there is an egocentricity about it that I think is sometimes rather childish. But it makes for interesting reading.
I enjoy cooking, especially baking my own bread, and I brew very fine tea from all over the world. I enjoy red-heads because there is always something rather wild-looking about them. But when all is said and done I think Oriental women are the most beautiful women in the world.
